By downloading, installing, or using Waterproofing Master Guide ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all versions of the App including Android, Windows, and web versions.
The App provides educational and reference content for professional waterproofing — covering membranes, standards compliance, installation procedures, QA testing, and failure diagnosis. The content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice, formal training, or manufacturer's specifications.
Wiesner Enterprises NZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal and professional reference purposes. You may not:
All content within the App — including text, data, tables, step-by-step guides, calculations, and design — is the intellectual property of Wiesner Enterprises NZ and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright law. Standards references (BS 8102, AS/NZS 3740, ASTM) are the property of their respective issuing bodies and are referenced under fair use for educational purposes.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, Wiesner Enterprises NZ does not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Wiesner Enterprises NZ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or its content. This includes but is not limited to property damage, personal injury, financial loss, or professional liability arising from reliance on information in the App.
Purchases made through the Google Play Store or other app marketplaces are subject to the refund policy of that marketplace. For purchases made directly through our website (Gumroad), we offer a 30-day refund if the product does not work as described. Contact us at wiesnerenterprisesnz@gmail.com to request a refund.
We may update the App content or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
